Reports are delivered quarterly and include executive summaries, detailed cohort analytics, realized savings calculations, and clinical safety metrics. Reporting is designed for CFO, benefits committee, and board-level consumption.
What we report
We report realized pharmacy cost savings (with confidence intervals), member cohort status, protocol adherence rates, adverse event tracking, and exception management outcomes. All projections are compared against actual outcomes for calibration transparency.
Privacy and aggregation
All employer-facing reports are strictly aggregate and de-identified. Individual member data is never exposed to employer stakeholders. Reporting structures comply with HIPAA privacy requirements.
Report delivery
Reports are delivered as PDF artifacts with accompanying data appendices. Interactive dashboards are not provided. Reports are designed to function as standalone institutional documents suitable for audit, board presentation, and regulatory review.
