Partner Portal
The Partner Portal provides institutional advisors with access to client engagement tools, reporting dashboards, and program documentation.
Access requirements
Portal access is granted to contracted pharmacy benefit consultants and benefits advisors who have active client engagements managed through Bounded Health. Access requires executed partnership agreements and security credential validation.
Portal capabilities
Advisors can access aggregate client reporting, initiate pilot requests, download institutional documentation, and submit exception review requests. Individual member data is not accessible through the portal.
Security and compliance
Portal access is protected by multi-factor authentication. All portal activity is logged for audit purposes. Access credentials are subject to periodic recertification.
Request portal access
To request portal access, you must be an active partner with executed agreements. Credential provisioning occurs within 2 business days of approval.
