Advisor Training
Advisor Training prepares pharmacy benefit consultants and benefits advisors to position, sell, and manage Bounded Health programs within their client portfolios.
Training structure
Training is delivered through structured modules covering clinical fundamentals, cost modeling, pilot structuring, client positioning, and ongoing program management. Training is designed for institutional advisors, not end clients.
Core modules
Core modules include GLP-1 market dynamics, deprescribing clinical evidence, risk assessment frameworks, cost containment projections, HIPAA compliance requirements, and exception management protocols.
Client positioning training
Specialized training on how to position managed tapering programs to employer clients, address common objections, structure pilot engagements, and manage client expectations. Training emphasizes conservative positioning and institutional restraint.
Certification
Advisors who complete training receive certification for client-facing program discussions. Certification is required for independent pilot structuring. Recertification occurs annually.
Training delivery
Training is delivered through live virtual sessions, self-paced modules, and documentation review. Initial certification requires approximately 8-10 hours of structured content plus case study work.
