We use data to provide dashboards, run simulations, improve reliability, and generate cohort-level reporting for employers.
Sharing
Employers receive aggregated metrics only. We do not provide employers with individual dashboards, detailed biometric logs, or personal identifiers.

We use access controls, transport security, and operational safeguards to protect data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
