Principal Health Economics & Policy Analyst

Why this role exists

Bounded Health operates in a cost domain shaped by regulation, public policy, and long-term financial risk. This role exists to ensure that our assumptions, models, and recommendations remain conservative, defensible, and grounded in policy reality. This role is an internal counterweight to over-optimization.

Core Responsibilities

  • Define and review cost containment assumptions related to GLP-1 therapies
  • Evaluate policy constraints, reimbursement dynamics, and regulatory considerations
  • Ensure that outputs remain explainable, conservative, and appropriate for executive decision-making
  • Review projections and ranges for defensibility over precision
  • Contribute to internal governance and review processes

Senior Infrastructure / Systems Engineer

Our systems are designed to run with minimal supervision. This role exists to ensure reliability, security, and long-term operational stability as the platform continues to operate quietly at scale. This role makes absence possible.

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain and evolve core infrastructure with an emphasis on reliability and auditability
  • Reduce operational surface area and failure modes
  • Ensure data integrity, security posture, and deterministic system behavior
  • Design systems for long-term, low-touch operation
  • Support compliance, logging, and traceability requirements

Advisor Success & Partner Enablement Lead

Why this role exists

Bounded Health works through advisors and partners who already carry responsibility with employers. This role exists to ensure those professionals are supported, prepared, and never exposed. This is not sales. It is enablement.

Core Responsibilities

  • Prepare review materials, summaries, and supporting documentation for advisors
  • Support controlled pilots and early engagements
  • Act as an escalation point for exceptions or edge cases
  • Ensure partners understand outputs and boundaries clearly
  • Protect partner credibility in front of their clients
