Joining the Partnership

How the partner alignment process works and what to expect when establishing a relationship with Bounded Health.

Overview

Partner alignment is available to pharmacy benefit consultants and benefits advisors who have established formal partnerships with Bounded Health. The alignment process ensures consistent, responsible positioning of GLP-1 cost containment programs with your clients.

What We Look For

Before initiating a partnership discussion, consider whether your practice meets these criteria:

  • Institutional practice — Pharmacy benefit consultant, benefits advisor, or equivalent institutional capacity.
  • Employer client base — Active relationships with self-insured employers or equivalent.
  • Alignment commitment — Willingness to complete the alignment process and maintain consistent positioning.

How Partnership Works

Step 1

Initial Conversation

Contact our partnerships team to express interest. We'll schedule a conversation to understand your practice and determine mutual fit.

What we discuss:

  • • Your firm and client profile
  • • Experience with healthcare program implementations
  • • Interest in GLP-1 cost containment positioning
  • • Expectations and questions about the partnership
Step 2

Mutual Evaluation

We assess fit in both directions. This is not a sales process—we are selective about partnerships to protect both parties.

What we evaluate:

  • • Client portfolio and practice characteristics
  • • Alignment with Bounded Health's institutional approach
  • • Capacity for responsible program positioning
  • • Long-term partnership potential
Step 3

Partnership Agreement

Upon mutual agreement, we formalize the partnership relationship. This establishes responsibilities and begins the alignment process.

Agreement establishes:

  • • Partner responsibilities and boundaries
  • • Alignment process expectations
  • • Resource access provisions
  • • Client engagement protocols
Step 4

Alignment Process

Complete the alignment materials and sessions to ensure consistent positioning and clear understanding of responsibilities.

The process covers:

  • • Core alignment areas and foundational knowledge
  • • Responsibility boundaries and liability protection
  • • Positioning language and what not to say
  • • Interactive sessions for practical scenarios

What to Expect

The partnership process moves at a deliberate pace. We are not optimizing for speed but for quality of relationship and clarity of alignment.
