Participation Criteria

Expectations and characteristics we look for in partners who work with Bounded Health.

What We Look For

Partnership is not granted through completion of materials. It is established through mutual evaluation and a shared understanding of how the relationship will operate. We are selective because partner behavior reflects on both parties.

Partner Characteristics

We work with partners who demonstrate these characteristics. This is not a checklist to satisfy—it is a description of the kinds of relationships that work well.

Institutional Practice

Pharmacy benefit consultants, benefits advisors, or equivalent roles with established institutional employer relationships. We do not work with individual practitioners or direct-to-consumer channels.

Boundary Respect

Demonstrated commitment to representing services accurately and staying within defined responsibility boundaries. Partners who overreach or overpromise create problems for everyone.

Long-term Orientation

Interest in building an ongoing relationship rather than transactional engagement. Partnership involves mutual investment over time.

Discretion

Understanding that some materials and discussions are for partner use only. Positioning guidance and internal documentation should not be shared externally.

What Alignment Involves

The alignment process ensures shared understanding across key areas. This is not a curriculum to complete but a baseline we establish together.

Positioning Boundaries

Clear understanding of what to communicate and what not to claim about Bounded Health's services, methodology, and outcomes.

Responsibility Separation

Clarity on what the platform decides, what advisors decide, and what employers decide. No ambiguity about ownership.

Question Handling

How to address questions from stakeholders without overreaching or making commitments outside your scope.

Mutual Evaluation

We evaluate fit in both directions. This is not a gate to pass through—it is a conversation to ensure the relationship makes sense for both parties.

What This Is Not

  • Not a credential or certification to obtain
  • Not a training program to complete
  • Not a status that can be purchased or fast-tracked
  • Not a guarantee of ongoing partnership
